Delete your Lookwello account

How to request the deletion of your account
Option 1 — From the Lookwello app
- Open the Lookwello app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete my account.
- Confirm with your password.
Option 2 — From the website (without the app)
- Click the button below and sign in with your email address and password.
- Confirm your password, then click Permanently delete my account.
Option 3 — By email
If you no longer have access to your account, write to privacy@lookwello.com from the email address linked to your account, with the subject "Account deletion". We process requests within 30 days at most.
Data deleted
Deletion takes effect as soon as you confirm and is irreversible:
- first and last name;
- email address;
- phone number;
- profile photo;
- password (your account can no longer be used);
- for professionals: the salon profile is removed and no longer publicly visible; its photos, description, address, phone number, website and social media links are deleted.
Data retained

Some information may also be kept where necessary to comply with a legal obligation, prevent fraud, resolve a dispute or defend a right; its use is then limited to that purpose.
